Information Technology is the new frontier. This qualification will open doors for you in a variety of technological endeavours. The Advanced Diploma of Information Technology, in particular, will be in high demand by both employers and other industry specialists. The course includes training in a full suite of in-demand skills such programming, cyber security, cloud computing and business analysis.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of information and communications technology (ICT) roles who have significant experience in specialist technical skills, or managerial business and people management skills.
Individuals in these roles carry out complex tasks in a specialist field, working independently, leading a team or a strategic direction of a business. They apply their skills across a wide range of industries and business functions, or as a business owner (sole trader/contractor).

Am I Eligible?
There are no stated entry requirements in the Training Package for entry into ICT60120 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology.
International students must be 18 years of age and provide evidence of the following published entry requirements:
Year 12 or equivalent and above, and
English Language Entry Requirements:
IELTS score 5.5 minimum (no band less than 5.0); or equivalent.
Any AQF qualification at the Certificate III level or above in any discipline area, delivered and assessed in English only, will be sufficient for meeting both the academic and English language entry requirements.
IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 5.5
Completion of 12 weeks of General English at Upper-Intermediate level or equivalent with a minimum B grade.
Completion of Cambridge Course B2(FCE) with a minimum B grade.
Completion of EAP1 with a minimum B grade.
